| 摘 要： | 目的评价应用双边外固定架治疗儿童下肢骨折的临床意义。方法对21例儿童下肢骨折，采用透视下闭合复位，双边外固定架治疗，术后进行了1～2年的随访。结果本组21例患者，均在1．5～2．5个月内达到临床愈合标准。除2例因复合关节外伤导致关节部分功能障碍，其余膝、踝关节活动度未见明显影响。结论双边外固定架闭合复位固定是治疗儿童下肢骨折简单而有效的方法，适用于可能出现伤口感染、骨折移位的新鲜儿童股骨、胫骨骨干骨折。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the use of double-side external frame in treating the lower limb fracture of children. Methods In 21 children of the limb fracture,we applied closed reduction,and fixed the fracture with doubleside external frame. Followed-up 1 to 2 years after operation. Results All the patients have achieved clinical heal in 1.5 to2.5 months. Except 2 patients have different degree of functional disturbance in keen joint for the composite joint trauma ,other patients have no remain joint functional disturbance. Conclusion Closed reduction and fixed by double-side external frame is a simple and effective method for lower limb fracture of children. It is prefered to the fresh children femur and tibia fracture,which has a potential wound infection or fracture displacement. |
