肝脏肿瘤冷冻消融治疗的进展

摘    要:自从1850年冷冻外科诞生以来,冷冻治疗设备已取得里程碑式进展。第三代氩氦冷冻系统的研制成功,有效地满足了组织冷冻消融术的监控、快速降到致死温度、缓慢复温、重复的冻-融循环四个方面。在肝脏肿瘤领域单独或联合外科、化疗、介入等综合应用显示了良好的应用前景,但如何合理应用仍需进一步研究。

Abstract:Since the inception of cryosurgery in 1850,landmark had been made in the sophisticated cryosurgical devices now.Third-generation cryosurgical equipment offers advantages over previous designs.These meet effective cryosurgical tissue destruction:excellent monitoring of the process,fast cooling to a lethal temperature,slow thawing,and repetition of the freeze-thaw cycle.Cryoablation of liver tumors has displayed favorable application prospects combined with surgery,chemotherapy,intervention or alone.However,how to reasonably apply this technique needs further researches.
