| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胆管内支架引流治疗良恶性胆管梗阻的效果。方法采用胆管内支架治疗良恶性胆管梗阻32例。结果置管成功率96.8%,引流总有效率为93.7%,并发症为3.1%。结论内镜置入胆管支架治疗胆管梗阻疗效确切,操作简单,成功率高,并发症少,可重复置管使用,是一种较好解除胆管梗阻的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective] To evaluate the effects of endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage (ERBD) in management of benign and malignant bile duct obstruction. Methods] 32 cases of benign and malignant bile duct obstruction were treated by ERBD. Results] The rate of successfully setting biliary stent was 96.8% and the rate of efficient biliary drainage was 93.7%. The rate of complications was 3.1%. Conclusion] ERBD is a recommendable therapy to relieve bile duct obstruction for its advantages of definite effect, easy operation, higher cure rate, less complication and can be set repetitiously. |
