| 摘 要： | 朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增多症是一种少见的组织细胞异常性疾病,其发病机制不清,生物学行为多样,临床表现相对复杂,并且缺乏特异性,极易延迟诊断及误诊。本文就朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增多症的发病机制、诊断与治疗作一综述。

| Abstract: | Langerhans cell histiocytosis is a rare histiocytic disorder,the pathogenesis of which is not clear.It has various biological behaviors and the clinical course is complex,as well as non-specific,so the diagnosis is often delayed or mistakened.We present a review of Langerhans cell histiocytosis,highlighting new insights into pathogenesis,diagnosis and management of the disease. |
