| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新形势下如何运用新的管理模式对医院生活助理员进行科学规范的管理。方法对医院生活助理员交由陪护公司管理并设立专职监控体系。结果采用新的管理模式后,减轻了病人家属的经济负担,患者及其家属对生活助理员满意度得到不断提高,也减轻了护士的工作压力,取得了良好的社会效益。结论对医院生活助理员采用科学规范的管理模式,医院生活助理员的社会化管理是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To study how to use the new mode to manage the life assistant scientifically and standardized under the new situation. Methods Consign the management of life assistant to a nursing company and establish a full-time monitoring system.
