血液病患者合并真菌感染45例危险因素分析

[目的]研究分析血液病患者发生真菌感染的危险因素,提高对真菌感染的认识。[方法]对收治的45例血液病患者化疗后发生真菌感染的诊治资料进行回顾性分析,主要调查其临床特征、化疗情况、抗生素、抗真菌药物、免疫抑制剂和激素药物的使用等情况,并记录病原菌培养结果、治疗方案、感染部位、真菌学疗效等。[结果]根据细菌培养和药敏试验结果,所有病例均确诊为合并真菌感染,确诊后均进行抗真菌治疗。分析发现接受化疗、抗生素治疗、免疫抑制剂治疗均是血液病患者发生真菌感染的危险因素。[结论]血液病患者面临着真菌感染的多种危险因素,具有病原体复杂和感染部位多等特点。
