| 摘 要： | 目的比较分析水中分娩与传统分娩产妇一般情况及产后心理状况。方法对我院2009年5月～2010年12月45例水中分娩及50例传统分娩产妇采用宗氏(Zung)焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating,Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating,Depression Scale,SDS)进行产后心理测评,比较两组产妇产后情绪障碍发生情况。结果水中分娩产妇产后焦虑的发生率为11.1%,抑郁的发生率为13.3%,传统分娩产妇产后焦虑的发生率为28.0%,抑郁的发生率为32.0%,水中分娩较传统分娩产妇产后焦虑、抑郁的发生率低(p<0.05)。结论水中分娩有助于降低产妇产后焦虑、抑郁的发生率,对保障产妇产后心理健康有重要意义。
