| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨经皮肝穿刺胆道造影(percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography,PTC)在老年人梗阻性黄疸病因诊断的应用价值。[方法]选择2005年7月～2010年8月住院治疗的梗阻性黄疸患者97例作为研究对象,均经病理检查证实,术前均行B超、CT及PTC检查,比较3种方法的诊断符合率。[结果]97例老年人梗阻性黄疸患者的病因诊断中,PTC诊断的总体符合率为90.7%,显著高于B超(75.3%)和CT(80.4%)诊断的总体符合率,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),B超和CT之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]PTC对梗阻性黄疸的病因诊断具有相当重要的应用价值,尤其是基层医院,术前行此项检查非常必要。
