老年人烤瓷牙修复失败的主要因素分析及临床措施

目的]探讨影响老年人烤瓷牙修复失败的主要因素及临床处理措施。方法]对2008年2～8月间32例烤瓷牙修复失败老年患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析引起修复失败的主要因素。结果]32例老年人烤瓷牙修复失败的主要原因包括:牙色不匹配、牙龈边缘出现问题、牙折、瓷崩裂、烤瓷牙脱落及食物嵌塞等。结论]龈缘问题和牙色不匹配为老年人烤瓷牙修复失败的主要因素;通过改善备牙、排龈、印模、制作、试戴和粘固等修复过程,可以很好的预防老年人烤瓷牙修复失败。
