| 摘 要： | 社区卫生服务机构与医院间的双向转诊可有效降低医疗费用,为社区居民提供有效、方便、及时的服务,是我国卫生事业改革、发展的目标和方向。但从实际运作情况来看并不尽如人意。文章对在双向转诊实施过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了具体的建议和措施。

| Abstract: | The two-way referral between community health service institutions and hospitals can efficiently cut down the medical cost.To provide effective,convenient and prompt service for community residents is the objective and direction of health service reform and development.Actually,the operation of two-way referral did not work as what we thought.In this paper,we analyzed the existing problems during enforcing two-way referral and proposed specific suggestions and measures. |
