| 摘 要： | 资源整合就是将人、财、物、时等资源进行有效配置和合理重组，消除管理资源、体制和目标的相互分歧，使一切人员和机制配合行动，和谐一致地实现政策目标。本文通过分析军队医院在军区层面上和医院层面上在资源利用中存在的某些问题，探讨了军队医院如何通过深化资源整合这一对策，解决目前存在的问题，以提高军队医院的协作功效，增强军队医院的整体竞争力，确保军队医院的可持续发展，最终实现社会效益和经济效益的双丰收。

| Abstract: | The fiercely competitive medical market is a chance as well as a challenge for military hospital. How to utilize resources reasonably is one of the most important aspects in medical management. The article briefly valued the sense of resources conformity, analyzed the problems of resources utility and investigated the countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of military hospital and improve the social and economic benefit together. |
