| 摘 要： | 目的观察西米替丁治疗秋季腹泻的临床效果。方法选择秋季腹泻患儿117例，随机分成治疗组57例，对照组60例，两组根据病情给予综合治疗。治疗组加用西米替丁配合整体护理，比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组和对照组显效率分别是35．1％及16．7％，总有效率分别是93．0％及58．4％。结论西米替丁治疗秋季腹泻安全有效，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinic effect of cimetidine on autumn diarrhea. Methods 117 patients with autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into cimetidine group（57 cases） and the control group （60 cases ）, two groups were treated comprehensively according to the patients＇ conditions and were care wdth holistic nursing. The cimetidine group was treated with cimetidine in addition, meanwhile, its curative effect was compared with control group. Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 93.0% and 58.4% respectively,there was significant difference（P 〈 0.05 ）. The obvious effective rate in cimetidine was significantly higher than in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cimetidine is safe and effective in trea- ting autumn diarrhea. |
