| 摘 要： | 目的:分析测定平江、怀化、浙江三地白术的多糖含量.方法:用水回流煮沸和乙醇回流提取三地白术多糖,于493.6 nm波长处用分光光度法测定水溶性糖和还原性糖的含量.结果:平均回收率为102.5%,RSD为2.1%.平江与浙江白术含糖量相当,怀化次之,其中水溶性糖含量平江白术高于浙江白术,还原性糖含量浙江白术高于平江白术.结论:所用方法简便、快速、准确,可用于不同产地白术的鉴别和质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the content of polysaccharide for the distinction of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. from different places.Methods:The polysaccharide was extracted by water distillation method and alcohol.The content of reducible and soluble polysaccharide was compared by spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 493.6 nm.Results:The average recovery was 102.5%,with RSD of 2.1%. Conclusion:The method can be used to distinguish Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz.(from different places)and to be a simple,rapid,accurate quality control method. |
