大肠癌术中淋巴显影的临床意义

目的：了解术中淋巴显影对大肠癌肠系膜淋巴结转移的诊断价值。方法：40例行手术治疗的大肠癌患者，在术中每例先后由医生探查和淋巴显影来判断肠系膜淋巴结转移情况，而后将术中判断的结果与术后病检结果比较，得出两种方法诊断的正确率。结果：淋巴显影判断肠系膜淋巴结转移的正确率为88．2％，医生探查的正确率为60．0％，两组相差显著（P＜0．05）。结论：提示术中淋巴显影对肠系膜淋巴结转移诊断的正确性比医生单纯探查高，具有临床应用价值。

The Clinical Significance of Intraoperative Lymphography to Patients with Colorectal Cancer

Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of intraoperative lymphography in diagnosing the metastasis of mesenteric lymph nodes in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: 40 patients with colorectal cancer were first explored by surgeons , and then intraoperative lymphography was done in each case. All nodes were resected for histopathology to evaluate the accuracy rate of diagnosis in the two methods. Results: The accuracy rate of diagnosing the metastasis of mesenteric lymph nodes by intraoperative lymphography was 88.2%. However, the accuracy rate of diagnosis by surgical exploration was only 60.0%. The difference in accuracy rate between the two diagosing methods was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Results indicate that intraoperative lymphography is of definite value to lymph node clearance during colorectal cancer surgery.
