| 摘 要： | 介绍了护理服务补救系统运作研究现状，阐述了服务失误补救的基本概念、服务补救意义、原则、护士补救能力和意识的培养及护理服务补救措施的应用。旨在引起护理界的高度重视，构造合理、科学、有效的护理服务补救系统，改进目前护理服务补救现状，改善护理服务质量，提升服务品质。

| Abstract: | It introduced the research status quo of operation of nursing service remedying system. It expounded basic concept, significance, and principles of nursing faults remedying system. It expounded the training of ability and awareness of remedying of nurses and application of nursing service remedying measures for the purpose of evoking great attention of nursing field, so as to build a reasonable,scientific and effective nursing remedying system,to improve the status quo of nursing service remedying at present, to enhance the quality of nursing service and eventually to promote the quality of nursing. |
