原发性肺恶性淋巴瘤１２例临床病理分析

目的　探讨原发性肺恶性淋巴瘤的临床病理特征、治疗方法和预后。方法　回顾性分析１２例原发性肺恶性淋巴瘤患者的临床及病理资料。结果　随访３～３２个月，手术治疗５例，术后化疗３例。单纯化疗４例，放化疗１例，临床观察２例。中位无进展生存时间为１０个月，中位总生存时间为１９个月。结论　肺原发性恶性淋巴瘤临床表现无特异性，但其胸部ＣＴ检查较为特异，表现为边缘模糊、内有充气支气管征的肿块，确诊依赖于病理组织学及免疫组化检测。手术结合化疗或者单纯化疗治疗肺原发性恶性淋巴瘤疗效均较满意，它是一种预后相对良好的恶性肿瘤。

Clinicopathologic study of twelve patients with primary pulmonary lymphoma

Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics,therapy and prognostic factors of primary pulmonary lymphoma.Methods The clincal and pathological data of 12 patients with primary pulmonary lymphoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the patients were followed-up for 3-32 months.Surgical resection was performed for 5 patients,among which 3 patients received adjuvant chemotherapy.Chemotherapy alone was administered for 4 patients,chemoradiotherapy was administered for 1 patient.The other 2 patients received no treatment.Conclusion Except for the radiographic findings,there were no specific clinical manifestations for primary pulmonary lymphoma.The final diagnosis should be made by histology and immunohistochemistry.Surgery and chemotherapy can be adopted for the patients with good outcomes.
