肠易激综合征与体质的相关性研究

肠易激综合征是一种无明显器质性改变的肠道功能性疾病.目前发现该病的患者对多种致病因素高度敏感,而这些因素对常人不足以致病.另有部分患者甚至在无明显外界因素作用下亦能发病,故给该病的防治带来一定的困难,导致该病的反复发作,迁延难愈.笔者发现,该病的患者有明显的体质倾向,多属于肝郁质.并且,不同的体质与IBS的分型也密切相关.通过调理其体质的偏颇,可达到防治IBS的目的.目前,体质与肠易激综合征的相关性研究尚未见报道,因此,把体质引入IBS的研究,对我们深化对IBS的认识,提高其防治的效果,均有极其重要的意义.

The Relationships between the Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Constitution

The irritable bowel syndrome was a kind of colonic functional disorder,study showed the patients of IBS were hypersensitive to some pathogeny,that was not the nosogenesis to healthy one.In addition,some one were sick without any outside factors.So it is difficult for us to prevent and cure the patients.That is why the disease outbreaks time after time.We found that the patients had constitutional tendency,most of them were the constitution of liver depression type,furthermore,the varitites of constitution were related to the subgroups of IBS.By adjusting constitutional defection we gained our ends of preventing and curing IBS.Yet,there was no report about the relationships between the irritable bowel syndrome and constitution.So when constitution is introducted to the study of IBS,it is significant for us to deepen our understanding,advanced the effectiveness of prevention and cure to IBS.
