| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高血压综合防治过程中的关键控制点,便于在大面积综合防治中走捷径。方法应用高血压综合防治理论。结果制订工作计划和相关准备,宣传发动和专业培训,收集基础资料,高血压筛查,建立相关信息,高血压分级、分度、分层和分组,患者告知,健康教育与健康促进,检查考核,总结和评估。结论通过对高血压患者综防,提高患者知晓率、治疗率和控制率,减少并发症发生,提高生活质量,延长期望寿命。
