| 摘 要： | 〔目的〕研究沙门氏菌快速检测显色碟片的制备工艺。〔方法〕用无纺布和胶黏剂体系代替传统的琼脂作为载体,将显色培养基制备在便携式一次性平皿内,制成沙门氏菌快速检测显色碟片。〔结果〕沙门氏菌显色碟片50份盲样的检测结果与传统方法比较,经统计学分析,无显著性差异;加速稳定实验产品的室温保质期可达1年。〔结论〕显色碟片使用方便,可有效减少繁杂的准备工作,节省检测时间,降低检测成本。
