| 摘 要： | 〔目的〕研究山东口岸卫生检疫核心能力建设的现况。〔方法〕设计山东口岸卫生检疫核心能力评估调查表,并对山东10个口岸的卫生检疫核心能力建设进行了调查评估。〔结果〕在科学评估山东口岸核心能力建设水平基础上,找出目前面临的薄弱环节,在人员、设备、设施等方面进行改进和加强,提出核心能力建设新模式。〔结论〕结合山东口岸实际,通过资源整合,建立协作机制,避免重复建设,提高口岸核心能力。
