| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非超声乳化巩膜隧道切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入手术的优点。方法：对比6 mm巩膜隧道小切口白内障摘除后房型人工晶体植入术与常规大切口手术。结果：临床观察术后1月的疗效,小切口组视力恢复优于后者（P〈0.005）。结论：非超声乳化巩膜隧道切口白内障摘除人工晶体植入术,切口小,术后散光轻,视力恢复快。在基层医院具有重要的临床推广价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the advantage of small incision non-phacoe mulsification extra capsular cataract extraction combined intraocular lens(IOL)implantation.Methods:The extraction cataract extracapsularis(ECCE) with IOL im-plantation was performed through a 5.5-6.0mm brownshaped sclera incision and was comparied with routine large incision.Results: After observation a month,the vision in experimental group was superior to that in control group(P<0.005).Conclusions: This surgery has small incision and light astigmia and patients can recover soon after operation. |
