葡萄球菌肠毒素B对人肝癌和肺癌传代细胞株细胞增殖的影响

目的探讨葡萄球菌肠毒素B(SEB)对人肝癌传代细胞株SMMC7721和人肺癌传代细胞株D6细胞增殖的抑制作用.方法采用MTT比色法,检测不同浓度和作用时间的SEB对人肝癌传代细胞株SMMC7721和人肺癌传代细胞株D6增殖的抑制作用.结果应用不同浓度的SEB3d后,对SMMC7721细胞和D6细胞的增殖均产生抑制作用;5、10、20ng/ml的SEB均能抑制SMMC7721细胞和D6细胞的体外增殖,抑制的程度与SEB的浓度、作用时间有关.结论葡萄球菌肠毒素B对人肝癌传代细胞株SMMC7721和人肺癌传代细胞株D6能产生一定的增殖抑制作用.

Effect of Staphylococcal Enterotoxin B on Cell Proliferation in Human Liver Cancer Cell Line SMMC7721 and Human Lung Cancer Cell Line D6

Objective To explore the inhibitive effect of staphylococcal enterotoxin B(SEB) on cell proliferation in human liver cancer cell line SMMC7721 and human lung cancer cell line D6. Methods SEB was administrated at different levels of dose to human liver cancer cell line SMMC7721 and human lung cancer cell line D6. MTT colorimetry was performed to detect the inhibitive effect of SEB on each of them at different concentration and time. Results Cell proliferation was inhibited in both SMMC7721 and D6 cell line by SEB at different concentration after 3 days. Compared with the control, the number of viable cells in vitro decreased to the degree of which is concentration-and-time dependent when the SMM7721 cell line and the D6 cell line was incubated with SEB of 5, 10, and 20ng/ml respectively. Conclusion The cell proliferation of the SMMC7721 cell line and D6 cell line can be inhibited by SEB to some extent.
