| 摘 要： | 目的 观察纳络酮对一氧化碳中毒的治疗效果。方法 对25例一氧化碳中毒患应用纳络酮治疗，根据中毒程度分别给予盐酸纳络酮肌注，静注或静脉点滴，并与对照组进行比较。结果 两组疗效有显性差异（P＜0．05）。结论 除积极采用常规药物外，及是，反复应用盐酸纳络酮治疗一氧化碳中毒尤其对中重度中毒能明显提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the treatment effects of Naloxone in the patients of CO poisoning.Methods According to the degree of CO poisoning,25 patients were respectively treated with Naloxone hydrochloride injection in intramuscular injection,intravenous injection or intravenous drip,and compared with the control group.Results The effects of the treatment were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Naloxone hydrochloride injection should be promptly and repeatedly applied to CO poisoning,and the effects of the treatment are much better than the control group. |
