| 摘 要： | 分析145例老年人高血压性脑出血的死亡原因,结果提示急性期直接死亡原因为海马钩回疝(55％)和小脑扁桃体疝(52.4％);其次是肺部感染(29％)和多脏器功能衰竭,如胃肠道出血(17.9％)、急性心衰(2.1％)、心肌梗塞(1.4％)和肾功能衰竭(0.7％)。在老年脑出血的抢救中多脏器衰竭能使病情恶化,促进患者死亡的重要原因。

| Abstract: | This paper analysed the causes of death in 145 aged cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage The results showed that the direct causes of death in the acute stage were hippocampal gyrusherniation(55%)and tonsillar herniation (52%), and ihe secondary were pulmonary infection (29%) with multiorganic failure, such as hemorrhage of gastrointestinal tract(17.9), acute heart failure (2.1%), myocardial infarctian (1.4%) and renal failure(0.7%). These factors were responsible for the death in most patients. |
