慢性牙周炎相关菌群分析

目的:通过对慢性牙周炎患者龈下菌群分析,为慢性牙周炎病因诊断和临床治疗提供实验依据。方法:普通细菌培养和厌氧菌培养,通过涂片染色、菌落形态、生化鉴定进行微生物学分析。结果:80名慢性牙周炎患者龈下菌斑的检测结果显示慢性牙周炎患者多为厌氧菌感染且多数为厌氧菌和需养菌的混合感染,其中最多见为牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonasgingivalis,Pg)、中间普氏菌(Prevotellaintermedia,Pi)、福赛类杆菌(Bacteriodesforsythus,Bf)、核梭杆菌(ubacteriumnucleatum,Fn)、产黑色素普氏菌(Prevotellamelaninogenicus,Pm)。结论:临床诊断与治疗慢性牙周炎,应更多开展厌氧菌的检验,慢性牙周炎患者的龈下菌群分析对探索早期诊断以及预防和治疗牙周炎具有重要意义。

Subgingival Flora Analysis of Chronic Periodentitis

Objective To provide reference for prevention and treating periodontitis by analysing the subgingival flora of chronic periodontitis. Method Samples were taken from 80 discased-teeth of 80 patients. A isolated cultuvation of subgingival flora samples was performed by a anaerobe non-selected media and other selective media. Result The superiority germ was the anaerobe, specially were Porphyromonas gingivalis, Prevotella intermedia,Bacteriodes forsythus, Fubacterium nucleatum,Prevotella melaninogenicus. Pg was a major pathogen in chronic periodontitis, frequently it took an important role in the etiology of periodorititis, Conclusion This study indicated that microbial monitoring is necessary for chronic periodontitis.
