老年人急性胆囊炎58例诊治体会

目的探讨老年人急性胆囊炎的临床特点。方法对2005-2008年经手术治疗的58例老年人急性胆囊炎的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果58例患者治愈55例，好转3例，死亡1例。术后出现切口感染、肺部感染及上消化道出血等并发症达20．1％。结论根据病情及老年人对急诊胆囊手术的耐受力，早期实施手术是处理老年人急性胆囊炎的关键，正确掌握手术时机，选择合理的手术方式可有效防治术后并发症的发生并降低死亡率。
