早期康复联合胰岛素治疗急性脑梗死临床研究

目的观察早期康复联合强化胰岛素治疗对急性脑梗死患者疗效和预后的影响。方法160例无糖尿病史、脑梗死后血糖>6.7 mmol/L的患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在入院后立即给予强化胰岛素治疗，在病后1 d，生命体征稳定、病情无进行性加重时开始康复治疗；对照组按常规治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗4周后，使用神经功能缺损评分、简式Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数比较患者的疗效。结果治疗组评分优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论早期康复联合强化胰岛素治疗能改善神经功能，提高患者的生活质量。

Effects of Early Rehabilitation and Insulin Treatment on Acute Cerebral Infarction
