新生儿眼底出血转归情况分析

目的研究新生儿眼底出血的转归情况以及可能对视力发育的影响。方法对2015年1月1日至2015年12月31日,我院1389例眼底出血的患儿,按出血范围进行分类:Ⅰ度出血、Ⅱ度出血、Ⅲ度出血,按出血部位进行分类:浅层出血、深层出血、玻璃体出血。患儿15 d复诊,出血未完全吸收的患儿,每15 d复查1次。结果浅层出血,Ⅰ、Ⅱ度均能在30 d内完全吸收,浅层的Ⅲ度出血在60 d内完全吸收。深层出血90 d内完全吸收。玻璃体出血,90 d内出血吸收,但有玻璃体纤维增生。结论新生儿眼底出血的转归情况与出血量及出血部位有关,玻璃体出血可能影响视力发育,应考虑及时干预、治疗。

Prognosis of fundus hemorrhage in neonates

Objective To study the prognosis of fundus hemorrhage in neonates and its effects on visual develop-ment. Methods We collected 1389 cases of neonatal fundus hemorrhage from Jan 1 to Dec 31,2015. Hemorrhage was classified into level I,II and III based on its scope (area),and superficial,deep and vitreous based on its position. In-fants will return for re-examination at 15th day. It hemorrhage did not completely resolve,re-examination will be required for every 15 days. Results Superficial hemorrhages completely resolved within 30 days (level I & II)or within 60 days (level III). Deep hemorrhage will resolve within 90 days. Vitreous hemorrhage can resolve within 90 days but vitreous pro-liferation is often observed. Conclusion The prognosis of neonatal fundus hemorrhage depends on the scope and position of hemorrhage. Hemorrhage involves vitreous may affect visual development and early intervention will be necessary.
