经皮微创锁定钢板和交锁髓内钉治疗成人胫骨中下段骨折的效果对比

目的 探讨经皮微创锁定钢板和交锁髓内钉治疗成人胫骨中下段骨折的临床疗效。方法 选择接受手术治疗的胫骨中下段骨折患者132例。按照手术固定方法的不同,分为微创组和髓内钉组,微创组采用经皮微创锁定钢板固定技术治疗,而髓内钉组采用交锁髓内钉固定技术治疗。比较两组患者的手术疗效,术后不良反应发生情况以及Johner-Wruh术后功能评价。结果 微创组手术平均时间以及术中平均出血量均显著少于髓内钉组(P0.05)。两组患者平均住院天数及骨折平均愈合时间,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。微创组不良反应发生例数少于髓内钉组,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者Johner-Wruh术后功能评价,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 经皮微创锁定钢板和交锁髓内钉治疗成人胫骨中下段骨折均能取得良好的临床治疗效果,术后不良反应发生以及术后功能无显著差别,可根据具体情况选择应用。

The comparsion between percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate and interlocking intramedullary nail on middle and distal tibial fractures in adult

Objective To explore the the clinical efficacy of Minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate and interlocking intramedullary nail on middle and distal tibial fracturesin adult.Methods 132 cases of middle and distal tibial fractures were chosed.According to different fixation methods,the patientswere randomly divided into minimally in-vasive group and intramedullary nail group,Minimally invasive group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate,while intramedullary nail group were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail.The surgical curative effect,postoperative adverse events and postoperative functional evaluation with Johner-Wruh were compared.Results The average operating time and the average intraoperative blood loss on minimally invasive group were significantly less than that in the intramedullary nail group (P <0.05).There were no significant difference in the average hospitalization has (P >0.05).The adverse reactions occurred in minimally invasive group were less than that in the intramedullary nailing group,but there was no significant difference (P >0.05).There were no significant difference in the Johner-Wruh postoperative function evaluation in the two groups.(P >0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate and interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of adult middle and distal tibial fractures could a-chieve good clinical results,there are no significantly difference in the postoperative adverse events and postoperative function.
