抗凝门诊模式的建立和展望

目的:探索抗凝门诊模式的建立和优化。方法:结合阜外医院特点构建抗凝门诊运行模式,汇总分析中国医学科学院阜外心血管病医院建立抗凝门诊的就诊量、抗凝达标率、过度抗凝率。结果:从2014年12月初至2015年7月底,阜外医院抗凝门诊月就诊量逐月递增,总就诊量为1 259人次,总体INR达标率为57.8%,INR>3比率为6.6%。结论:抗凝门诊模式的建立缓解了临床医师负担,为抗凝药物管理开辟了一条更加方便、安全的道路。

Establishment and Prospect of Anticoagulation Clinic

Objective: To explore establish anticoagulation clinic.Methods: Based on our hospital characteristics to establish anticoagulation clinics, we summarized anticoagulation clinic outpatient visits and INR target achievement as well as excessive anticoagulation rate of Fuwai cardiovacular disease hospital.Results: From December 2014 our hospital anticoagulation clinic monthly outpatient visits increased month by month, add up to 1259 in July 2015. The general rate of INR target achievement was 57.8% and the ratio of INR above 3 was 6.6%.Conclusion: Anticoagulation clinics reduce the burden of clinicians, and open a new road for anticoagulation management.
