摘    要:目的探讨血清维生素D在不同糖耐量状态下的变化。方法根据血糖水平将79例受试者分为糖耐量正常组(NC组)、糖耐量减低组(IGT组)和2型糖尿病组(T2DM组),比较不同组间25羟维生素D325(OH)D3]水平及相关代谢指标的差异。结果 25(OH)D3在NC组、IGT组和T2DM组呈递减趋势,NC组、IGT组和T2DM组这三组间在餐后2h血糖、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、体质量指数、稳态胰岛素评价指数(HOMA-IR)和25(OH)D3上差异有统计学意义。进一步行多元回归分析显示,25(OH)D3与HOMA-IR正相关,BMI与HOMA-IR负相关。结论维生素D与糖代谢相关,可能参与了胰岛素抵抗。

Abstract:Objective To explore the level of serum Vitamin D with different degrees of impaired glucose toler-ance.Methods according to the level of blood glucose,Seventy-nine patients were divided into normal glucose toler-ance group(NC group),impaired glucose tolerance group(IGT group)and T2DMgroup according to the level of blood glucose 25-Hydroxyvitamins D(25(OH)D3)and related metabolic parameters were compared.Results The 25(OH) D3 has the digression trend in the NC group,IGT group and T2DMgroup.There were significant difference on p2hBG, TG,LDL,BMI,HOMA-IR and 25(OH)D3 among three groups.Multiple regression analysis indicates 25(OH)D3 was positively correlated with HOMA-IR and BMI was negatively correlated with HOMA-IR.Conclusion Vitamin D is re-lated to glucose metabolism,and may contribute to insulin resistance.
