| 摘 要： | 质子泵抑制剂因其强大的抑酸效果,现已成为全球十大用量最多的药物之一,并存在很多超说明书外的用法。由于超说明书外使用没有统一用法用量的规定,且没有法律的约束和保护,临床使用需要循证医学的评价和指导。笔者通过查阅国内外指南、文献、DRUGDEXsystem,总结质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)临床适应证以及标示外使用的情况,采用GRADE卫生保健的系统对现有证据给出评价及推荐意见。

Evidence-based evaluation of proton pump inhibitors off-label use |

| Abstract: | As its strong acid suppression effect, proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) are among the top 10 most widely used drugs in the world, and part of the indications are off-label use. There are no uniifed usage and dosage of PPIs off-label use protected by laws in china, therefor the evidence-based evaluation and guidance of clinical use of PPIs are needed. This article searched the guidelines, literatures, DRUGDEX? system, and summarized the clinical indications and off-label use of PPIs. All the existing evidences and recommendations presented are assessed by the GRADE health care system. |
