丹蛭降糖胶囊对糖尿病合并高血压患者E-选择素、趋化因子-9的影响

目的观察丹蛭降糖胶囊对糖尿病合并高血压患者趋化因子-9(CXCL-9)和E-选择素的影响。方法选择糖尿病合并高血压患者60例,其中服用丹蛭降糖胶囊加西药者30例(简称丹蛭组),单用西药者30例(简称西药组),两组均连续服药3个月。另选取在医院健康体检者30例为健康对照组。三组均行血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白检测,采用ELISA法检测患者血清CXCL-9、E-选择素水平,测定各组血压、体质量指数(BMI)。结果丹蛭组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均显著高于健康对照组(P0.01或P0.05);丹蛭组与西药组比较,BMI、Hb A1c、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组与健康对照组比较CXCL-9、E-选择素明显升高(P0.01);丹蛭组与西药组比较CXCL-9、E-选择素差异均有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05)。结论丹蛭降糖胶囊可降低糖尿病高血压患者血清E-选择素、CXCL-9水平,E选择素、CXCL-9可能共同参与了糖尿病高血压病的炎性反应过程。

The effect of Danzhijiangtang Capsule on serum E -selectin and CXCL -9 in diabetic mellitus patients with hy-pertension

Objective To observe the effects of Danzhijiangtang Capsule (DJC)on serum E-selectin and CXCL-9 in diabetic mellitus patients with hypertension.Methods Sixty diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two group:DJC group(n =30)and western medicine control group(n =30).The therapy las-ted for 3 mouths.Thirty healthy cases were slected as control group.The blood glucose,blood lipid,glycosylated hemo-globin(HbA1 c),blood pressure,body mass index(BMI)and E-selectin,CXCL-9 were measured.Results The systolic pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial blood glucose,HbA1 c,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in DJC group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.01 or P <0. 05).And there was no statistical significance of BMI,HbA1 c,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C(P >0.05)between two groups. The level of E-selectin and CXCL-9 in DJC +western medicine group were higher than control group(P <0.01).The difference was significant(P <0.01 or P <0.05).And the HbA1 c was positively correlated with E-selectin and CXCL-9 in two groups.Conclusion DJC could reduce the level of E-selectin and CXCL-9 in diabetic mellitus patients with hypertension.The efficacy of DJC group is better than western medicine group.It is suggest that E-selectin and CXCL-9 may participate in the inflammation process of diabetic mellitus and hypertension disease.
