北京高校教职工血尿酸水平调查及其与相关生化指标间关系的临床研究

摘    要:目的调查北京高校教职工群体血尿酸水平异常情况及其与相关生化指标之间的关系。方法对6690名教职工2014年健康体检数据进行处理,分析高、低尿酸血症患病率,及这两组人群同正常组的肝肾功能、血糖、血脂等指标差异,采用Logistic多因素回归模型分析高尿酸血症与血糖、肝功能、血脂等高危因素的关系。结果高尿酸血症患病率男性23.50%,女性为9.95%。男女高尿酸血症组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肌酐(CREA)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著高于尿酸正常组(P0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于尿酸正常组;Logistic多因素回归分析GLU、ALT、CREA、TG、LDL各项的OR值为1.02~2.11,HDL的OR=0.94。结论糖脂代谢异常与高尿酸血症多合并存在,血尿酸异常与肝功能异常、糖脂代谢紊乱、胰岛素抵抗等可能互为因果。

Clinical research of relationship between blood uric acid level and biochemical indicators in faculty of Beijing university
Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between abnormal blood uric acid and biochemical in-dicators in faculty of Beijing College.Methods A total of 6690 health examing faculty were collected in 2014.The prevalence of hyperuricemia and hypouricemia were analyzed,and the difference of liver function,glucose,lipids were compared between the two groups.The relationship between hyperuricemia and risk factors of glucose,liver function, lipid were analysed by logistic regression model.Results The prevalences of hyperuricemia were 23.50% and 9. 95% in the male and female.The ALT,CREA,TG,LDL and GLU of hyperuricemia in the male and female were sig-nificantly higher than those in the normal group (P <0.01),and HDL was lower than that in the normal group.The OR value of GLU,ALT,CREA,TG were from 1.02 to 2.11 while the OR value of HDL was 0.94 by logistic regres-sion.Conclusion Disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism and hyperuricemia frequently occur at the same time. Abnormal blood uric acid and liver function,disorders of glucose,lipid metabolism and insulin resistance may cause the other.
