北京中医医院中成药、西药联用禁忌数据库建设探讨

目的:探讨中西药联用禁忌,开展相关数据库的建设,完善北京中医医院合理用药监测系统,保障中西药联用用药安全。方法:检索中成药与西药联用禁忌、不良反应相关文献检索,参考相关书籍,对文献梳理后,通过建立单独表格并进行关联,建立该院中成药、西药联用禁忌查询系统。结果:填补中西药联用禁忌监测的空白,完善合理用药监测系统,避免或减少患者因中西药联用导致的不良事件,促进中西药物合理使用。结论:中西药联用存在复杂的相互作用问题,中西药合用问题应引起临床足够重视,该数据库的建设十分必要。

Database Establishment of Contraindications in Combined Use of Chinese Traditional Patent and Western Medicine

Objective: This study is designed to explore the combination of Chinese traditional patent medicine and Western medicine, and establish the Database of Contraindications in combined use of Chinese traditional patent and Western medicine in order to improve monitoring system of rational drug use in our hospital and guaranteethe safety use of Chinese traditional patent medicine and Western Medicine combination.Methods:Firstly via consulting references, collection of ADR reports, reference books and establishing a separate form and correlation, a database on contraindications in combined use of Chinese traditional patent and western medicine was established.Results:This database was established too ifll in the gaps in the use of the western medicine, and improve our hospital rational drug monitoring system, avoid the adverse events caused by the combination of Chinese traditional patent and Western medicine, and promote the rational use of Chinese traditional patent and Western medicine.Conclusion:There area complex interactions between Chinese and Western medicine, and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine should be paid much attention to, and the construction of the database is very necessary.
