球结膜下注射转移因子在治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床应用

目的观察球结膜下注射转移因子对治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎（ HSK）的疗效。方法86例（92只眼）HSK患者随机分成两组。 A组（45例49只眼）予球结膜下注射转移因子，B组（41例43只眼）予球结膜下注射α-干扰素及α-干扰素滴眼，两组均常规滴用阿昔洛韦滴眼液。结果 A组疗效优于B组（ P ＜0．05）。结论球结膜下注射转移因子可以提高患眼局部免疫力，配合抗病毒治疗HSK效果好，操作简单，无明显副作用。

Clinical application of the injection of transfer factor through bulbar conjunctive in herpes simplex keratitis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effectiveness of the injection of transfer factor through bulbar conjunctive in herpes simplex keratitis .Methods 86 patients (92 eyes) were divided into two groups randomly .Group A (45 patients 49 eyes) was injected the transfer factor through bulbar conjunctive .Group B (41 patients 43 eyes) was injec-ted the α-interferon eye drops , two groups use the Aciclovir eye drops routinely .Results The therapeutic effectiveness of group A was better than that of group B ( P <0.05).Conclusion The combination of transfer factor that improve the lo-cal immunity of affected eye and antiviral therapy in herpes simplex keratitis had better outcone ,simple to operate , not ap-parent complications .
