泰州中医院麻醉药物应用分析

目的了解泰州中医院麻醉药品使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法提取我院计算机管理系统2010～2012年麻醉药品使用数据,计算药品用药频度（DDDs）,采用金额和用药频度（DDDs）排序法,对麻醉药品的品种、应用金额、用量、用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果我院麻醉药品共涉及10个品种,品种规格稳定,麻醉药品销售金额、用药频度逐年上升,3年销售总金额位居前3位的分别为盐酸吗啡缓释片、盐酸瑞芬太尼注射液、芬太尼注射液;3年用药频度（DDDs）位居前3位的分别是枸橼酸芬太尼注射液、盐酸吗啡缓释片、芬太尼透皮贴剂。结论我院麻醉药品使用基本符合《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》,用药基本合理,但仍需加强对疼痛的规范化处理及＂三阶梯治疗＂的理解和认识,使得麻醉药品的使用更趋于安全、有效、经济、适当。

Application Analysis of Anesthetic in a class 3-A Hospital from 2010 to 2012

Objective To explore the application of anesthetic in a class 3-A hospital so as to provide references for rational drug use.Methods Data of anesthetic application between 2010 and 2012 were extracted from computer management system to count DDDs.The variety,application amount,dosage and DDDs of anesthetic used between 2010 and 2012were statistically analyzed by amount and DDDs sorting method.Results 10 species of anesthetic were applied in the hospital while the species and specifications were stable.The amount of sales and DDDs of anesthetic increased year by year.The top three with sales amount were morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablet,remifentanil hydrochloride injection and fentanyl injection;and the top three DDDs were fentanyl citrate injection,morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and transdermal fentanyl.Conclusion Application of anesthetic in the hospital was basically rational and conforming to the ＂regulation on the control of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs＂.However,standardized pain treatment and in-depth understanding of analgesic ladder for cancer pain still need to be strengthened to guarantee that the application of anesthetic are safe,effective,economical and appropriate.
