| 摘 要： | 对141例延边地区朝鲜族健康老年人进行了各种体液免疫指标的检测,结果发现IgG、IgA、抗胃壁细胞抗体(PCA)、抗平滑肌抗体(SMA)、抗骨骼肌抗体、抗心肌抗体、抗甲状腺微粒体抗体(TMA)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGA)显著升高;IgM、总补体活性(CH_(50)),C_3显著降低。这些结果与国内外已报道的其他民族免疫功能的情况基本一致。健康老年人中的自身抗体征一般情况下很可能起消除自身抗原以维护体内生理平衡和稳定作用。

| Abstract: | The various immunological indices were examined in 141 health aged Korean in Yanbian. The level of IgG, IgA, PCA, SMA, AMA, TGA and TMA were increased, while the level of IgM, CH_(50) and C_3 were decreased. Generally, the autoantibodies in the health aged may clean the autoantigens, keeping the physiological balance and stability in vivo. |
