摘    要:目的:探讨腧穴与大脑的功能定位关系.方法:运用静息态功能性磁共振成像技术对10名健康人进行扫描.扫描过程包括:第1次纯静息态扫描(rest 1,R 1)、针刺内关穴后扫描(acupuncture,AP)和第2次静息态功能扫描(rest 2,R 2),采用低频波动振幅(amplitude of low frequency fluctuations,ALFF)分析方法.结果:①R1状态ALFF信号活跃的脑区为:双侧额上回、额内侧回,左侧楔前叶,右侧颞上回,双侧小脑部分区域;②AP状态ALFF信号活跃的脑区为:双侧额上回,左侧额中回,右侧楔叶,左侧小脑山坡部,右侧次半月叶;③AP与R1状态ALFF信号差异活跃的脑区为:双侧扣带回、小脑山坡部,左侧舌状回、楔叶,右侧楔前叶、梭状回、额上回、额中回、颞上回等.结论:针刺左侧内关后,双侧扣带回、右额上回、右额内侧回、双侧小脑山坡、左侧舌状回等脑区ALFF信号活跃,这些区域与精神、神经疾病的发病脑区密切相关,为内关穴治疗精神、神经疾病提供一定的理论依据.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship of the acupoint and its functional location in the brain.Methods Ten healthy participants were examined with the resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). The scanning includes the resting state 1 (R 1) , acupuncture stimulating (AP) Neiguan (PC 6) and the resting state 2 (R 2). All data were analyzed with the amplitude of low frequency fluctuations (ALFF). Results ① During the Rl, the regions with active signal on the ALFF contained bilateral superior frontal gyrus, medial frontal gyrus and some part of cerebellum (including right declive, culme, tonsil and left uvula), as well as left precuneus, right superiour temporal gyrus. ②As for AP, the active regions with higher ALFF were bilateral superior frontal gyrus and right cuneus, as well as left middle frontal gyrus, declivis and right semi-lunar lobule.③The main difference on ALFF between Rl and AP appeared within bilateral cingulated gyrus and declivis, left lingualgurus, and cuneus, as well as right precuneus, fusiform gyrus, superior frontal gyrus, medial frontal gyrus and superior temporal gyrus, etc. Conclusion After acupuncture stimulating the left Neiguan (PC 6) , the active regions on ALFF are detected on bilateral cingulated gyrus, right superior frontal gyrus and medial frontal gyrus, as well as bilateral declivis and left lingual gurus, etc. These regions have the close relationship with the mental disorder and nervous diseases, which might be the possible neural mechanism of acupuncture stimulating Neiguan (PC 6) for treating some of related mental disorder and nervous diseases.
