双源螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的患者护理

目的:最大限度地减少冠状动脉成像过程中不利因素的影响,提高冠状动脉成像的成功率。方法:使用西门子64层双源螺旋CT机和MeoRao双筒高压注射器以及心电门控和非离子造影剂等,受试者100名,男65人,女35人,年龄35~81岁,平均年龄58岁。结果:96例成功,4例失败。结论:护理工作是冠状动脉成像的重要因素,良好的护理工作是冠状动脉成像成功的有效保障。

Nursing for Coronary Angiography with Dual Source Spiral CT

Objective To minimize unfavorable factors and elevate accuracy of coronary angiography, nursing must be paid more attention. Methods Siemens 64-slice dual source CT , double tube high pressure syringe of MeoRao company, electrocardiogating, non-ion constrast medium are applied. 100 patients, including 65 males and 35 females are involved. Their age ranges 35-81 years old,and average age is 58. Results 96 cases are successful, 4 cases are failed. Conclusion Nursing work is an important factor of coronary angiography. Good nursing may gurantee coronary angiography.
