| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针灸治疗 HIV阳性患者面瘫的疗效。方法 对 HIV阳性面瘫进行分组治疗 ,分为针刺组、艾灸组、针灸组及对照组 (维生素 B1 、B1 2 肌肉注射 )。结果与结论 针灸组总有效率为 10 0 % ,与针刺组、艾灸组及对照组比 ,有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ,表明针灸并用对于 HIV阳性面瘫的治疗效果最好。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on HIV positive peripheral facial paralysis.Method Patients with HIV positive facial paralysis were divided for treatment into acupuncture, moxibustion, acupuncture-moxibustion and control (intramuscular injection of vitamin B 1 and B 12) groups. Results and Conclusion The total effective rate was 100% in the acupuncture-moxibustion group, which was significantly different from that in acupuncture, moxibustion and control groups (P<0.05,P<0.01). It is showed that combined use of acupuncture and moxibustion has a good curative effect on HIV positive facial paralysis. |
