| 摘 要： | 目的研究共同刺激分子CD28、CD80、CD86在银屑病患者皮损中的表达及其在银屑病发生、发展中的作用.方法采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测22例银屑病患者皮损和15例正常对照皮肤中CD28、CD80、CD86的表达水平.结果银屑病皮损中CD28在真皮乳头、表皮基底层及棘层有较强的表达,与正常皮肤相比有显著性差异(P＜0.01);CD80、CD86在表皮颗粒层、棘层的表达相对正常皮肤均有明显的增强(P＜0.01).结论CD28、CD80、CD86在银屑病发病中起重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of costimulatory molecules CD28, CD80 and CD86 in psoria tic lesions and their role in occurrence and development of psoriasis. Methods The expression of CD28, CD80 and CD86 was detected in s kin lesions of 22 patients with psoriasis and 15 normal controls by immunohistoc hemical technique (ABC). Results The expression of CD28 in the dermal papillae, basal ce ll layer and stratum spinosum, and CD80 and CD86 in the granular layer and strat um spinosum in the psoriatic lesions was significantly stronger than that in the normal controls (both P<0 01). Conclusion Costimulatory molecules CD28, CD80 and CD86 might pl ay an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. |
