金鸡制剂药效学研究

目的]对金鸡制剂的药效学作进一步研究。方法]以大鼠异物性子宫炎模型考察其对靶器官的抗炎作用；以体内试验法考察其对免疫功能以及抗茵作用的影响；以小鼠耳廓法考察其对微循环的影响。结果]金鸡制剂能明显抑制大鼠异物性子宫炎；显增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能并能促进PHA诱导小鼠淋巴细胞转化的作用；对小鼠耳廓小血管也有明显的扩张作用；但对CRBC诱导小鼠血清溶血素生成无明显影响，对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球茵感染感染小鼠无明显保护作用。结论]金鸡制剂具有明显的抗炎、改善微循环和增强免疫功能作用。

Study on pharmacodynamics of Jinji preparation

Objective] To study the pharmacological effects of Jinjin preparation. Methods] The foreign body hysteritis models in rats were established to investigate the anti inflammatory action on target organ. In vivo experiment is adopted to investigate the effect on immunofunction and antibacterial action. Auricular test in mice is adopted to investigate the effect on microcirculation. Results] Jinjin preparation could markedly inhibit the foreign body hysteritis in rats, significantly increase the ability of peritoneal macrophages and promote PHA induced lymphocyte transforming in mice. It could also significantly make a dilatation of small vessels on auricular in mice. But Jinjin preparation couldn't protect against the infection of bacillus coli and staphylococcus aureus in vivo in mice, and had no effect on the serum content of CRBC induced hemolysin. Conclusion] Jinjin preparation had remarkable effects on anti inflammation, improving microcirculation and promoting immunofunction.
