腹腔镜手术切除良性畸胎瘤临床疗效分析

目的评价采用腹腔镜治疗卵巢良性畸胎瘤的疗效及探讨适合的治疗方法。方法回顾我院收治的56例良性畸胎瘤患者。手术为单纯肿瘤摘除和卵巢摘除两种。对患者一般情况、围手术期资料、恢复情况和并发症进行分析。结果本组患者均在腹腔镜下完成手术,平均手术时间（69±9.6）min,术中出血量为（53±12.8）ml。56例患者中39例行单纯肿瘤切除,17例行卵巢切除。10例术中肿瘤破裂,但无术后发热及腹膜炎引起的腹痛产生。术后第1天都能下床活动,平均住院日为（4.2±0.9）d。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性畸胎瘤具有安全、创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短等优势。

Outcome of laparoscopic treatment for ovarian benign teratoma

Objective To evaluate the effects of ovarian benign teratoma treatment by laparoscopy and explore suitable method for this disease.Methods We retrospectively reviewed the 56 inpatients admitted to our hospital due to ovarian benign teratoma.ovariectomy or simple tumorectomy was taken according whether retain ovarian or not.Patient general data,peroperative condition,functional outcome and early complications were recorded and analyses.Results All patients finished operation under Laparoscopy successfully with mean operation time was （69±9.6）min and blood loss during surgery was （53±12.8）ml.There were 39 simple tumorectomy and 17 ovariectomy among all the 56 patients.10 tumors were ruptured during operation,however,there had no fever or abdominal pain was found after operation.All patients could ambulation without significant pain.The average hospital stay was （4.2±0.9）days.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment for ovarian benign teratoma was safe and associated with several benefits such as less trauma,rapid recovery and short hospital stay.
