局部5-氨基酮戊酸光动力学疗法治疗光线性角化病

目的探讨局部5-氨基酮戊酸光动力学疗法（PDT）治疗光线性角化病的疗效。方法 57例光线性角化病均经病理组织学确诊。37例局部外用新鲜配置的20%ALA乳膏,封包3 h后用波长635 nm的红光照射,照射时间30 min。对照组20例采用微晶磨削。结果经过1次、2次治疗后,光线性角化病30例完全缓解,7例部分缓解。疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 PDT治疗光线性角化病疗效,方法简单,患者耐受性好,很好的保持患者美容,有良好的推广前景。

Topical 5-aminocevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in the treatment of actinic keratosis

[ Objective ] To investigate the effects of Photodynamic Therapy on Actinic keratosis（AK）. [ Methods ] The diagnosis of 57 patients with AK were confirmed by histopathological exam/nation of biopsy. 37 patients were given topical 20% ALA cream which was prepared freshly and under occlusive dressing for 3h. Light at 635nm irradiat for 30min. while 20 cases in the control group with Ceramic Grinding. [ Results ] Followed by one time, 2 times of treatment, 30 patients were cured, 7 patients were patial remisson. Curative effect obviously higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] PDT was an effective, simple and well tolerated treatment for AK without scar formation and demonstrating paticular benefits to face skin integrity.
