螺旋CT低剂量薄层肺部体检与常规胸片肺部体检对病变检出率的对比研究

目的对比分析常规胸片肺部体检检查与螺旋CT低剂量薄层肺部体检胸部正位检查的优势、价值,以及两种方法存在的不足之处。方法对118例明确诊断的胸部外伤肋骨骨折病例资料进行回顾性分析,通过两独立样本T检验的方法比较常规胸片肺部体检检查与螺旋CT低剂量薄层肺部体检胸部正位检查两种检查方法的诊断符合情况。结果在118例病例资料中,其中双侧肋骨骨折38例,两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;单侧肋骨骨折26例,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;结果中有46例膈下肋骨骨折,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;膈上肋骨骨折8例,两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论相对于大明多数骨折的诊断,螺旋CT低剂量薄层肺部体检技术更敏感;对于不典型胸部外伤肋骨骨折,建议两者结合起来,综合考虑,诊断的准确率会更高。

Comparative study of low dose spiral CT TLC lung examination and conventional radiography examination on lung lesion detection rate

[ Objective ] Comparative analysis of routine chest lung examination examination and low dose spiral CT TLC lung examination chest examination advantage, value, and the existed deficiency of two methods. [ Methods ] Ribs in chest trauma in 118 patients with fracture were retrospectively analyzed, the diagnosis by two independent sample T test compared with conventional chest lung examination examination and low dose spiral CT TLC lung examination chest examination two examination methods with. [ Results ] In 118 cases, in which bilateral rib fracture in 38 cases, no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）; unilateral rib fracture in 26 cases, with a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）; results in 46 cases of subphrenic rib fracture, there is significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）; 8 cases the diaphragm on the rib fractures, with no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Compared with the diagnosis of Daming most fractures, low dose spiral CT TLC lung examination technique is more sensitive to atypical chest injury; rib fracture, suggested that the two together, comprehensive consideration, the accurate rate of diagnosis will be higher.
