五加皮抑制镉及丝裂霉素C诱发生殖细胞遗传损伤研究

摘    要:研究五加皮(CortexAcanthopanasiaRadicis)对镉(Cd)及丝裂霉素C(MMC)诱发雄性小鼠生殖细胞遗传损伤的防护效应。结果表明,五加皮本身无诱变损伤作用,而对Cd及MMC诱发的遗传损伤均有较强的拮抗作用。提示,五加皮对雄性生殖细胞具有保护作用,是环境中的镉等化学物质的拮抗物质。

Abstract:The antimutation to cadmium and MMC with cortex Acanthopanasia Radicis was abserved by abnormal sperm test of mouse.The results demonstrated that the rate of abnormal sperms by cadmium and MMC was significantly inhibited with cortex Acanthopanasia Radicis.
