rhEGF对口腔癌联合根治术创面愈合的影响

目的:观察rhEGF(金因肽)对口腔癌联合根治术及颈阔肌皮瓣修复组织缺损创面愈合的促进作用.方法:50例口腔癌病例(舌癌、颊癌、口底癌)分为实验组(24例)和对照组(26例),所有病例均行口腔癌联合根治术 颈阔肌皮瓣修复组织缺损,术后治疗相同,实验组加用rhEGF喷雾口内和颈部创面,而对照组不用.术后第9 d观察两组创面愈合时间及愈合率.结果:对照组愈合时间为口内12.4 d,颈部10.6 d,愈合率73.07%,实验组愈合时间为口内9.3 d,颈部7.9 d,愈合率95.83%,两组病例经统计学处理均有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:rhEGF对口腔癌联合根治术所造成的巨大创面的愈合及颈阔肌皮瓣的成活具有促进作用.

Effect of wound healing with topical application of recombinant human epidermal growth factor in oral carcinoma radical dissection

Objective:To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) on the healing of wound in oral carcinoma radical dissection and reconstruction of flap of platysma muscle.Method:50 cases with oral carcinoma(carcinoma of tongue,carcinoma of cheek,carcinoma of floor of mouth) were divided into two groups i.e.test group(24 cases) and control group(26 cases),All the cases were given the combined radical dissection and reconstruction of flap of platysma muscle.The post-operation program was the same in two groups except the rhEGF was used in test group.After nine days of operation the time and rate of healing were observed and statistical in two groups.Result:The healing time was 12.4 d in intra-oral wound and 10.6 d in cervical region and the rate of healing was 73.07% in control group,the healing time was 9.3 d in intra-oral wound and 7.9 d in cervical region and rate of healing was 95.83%in test group that there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:rhEGF can promote the healing of wound in combined radical dissection and recombtruction of flap of platysma muscle.
