阴茎延长术的临床应用体会

目的本文对11例施行了阴茎延长术的病例进行了总结.方法采用龙道畴所报道的方法,即切断阴茎浅悬韧带和部分深悬韧带,创面用V-Y推进皮瓣覆盖.结果术后每位患者的阴茎在静态时都比术前长了2cm～3.5cm,但在勃起状态下长度并没有明显的增加.患者术后都恢复了性功能.有部分患者抱怨阴茎根部皮瓣臃肿多毛.结论由于外观上还没有达到完美,因此阴茎延长术作为美容手术还有待进一步改进,暂时不宜作为常规手术来推广.

Experience of Clinical Application of Penile Lengthening

Purpose: Penile lengthening was performed in our department and their results were reviewed. Materials and Methods: During the past year, we performed penile lengthening techniques by releasing the suspensory ligaments of the penis and a V-Y advancement flap. Results: Each patientgained a longer penis that was 2-4cm longer than the previous one. All patients resumed sexual activity afterwards. The most common complain was the thick, hair-bearing V-Y flap at the proximal penis. Conclusions: Penile lengthening as a cosmetic surgery should be regarded as experimental and the techniques should be improved to get a more acceptable appearance.
