新疆农村不同年代孕产期保健情况分析

目的:了解新疆农村不同年代孕产期保健情况。方法:在新疆农村项目县中,采用整群随机抽样的方法获得调查对象,由调查员对其进行面对面的问卷调查。采用SPSS9.0软件进行统计分析,统计方法选用趋势卡方检验和多因素Lo-gistic回归分析。结果:随着年代的增加,产前检查率和住院分娩率都在提高。到2000年以后,产前检查率和住院分娩率分别达到54.3%和42.0%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:文化程度、分娩年代、孕次和是否进行过产前检查与住院分娩有统计学联系。结论:虽然近年来产前检查率和住院分娩率在不断提高,但其绝对水平还很低。要采取切实可行的措施,提高新疆农村地区妇女对孕产期保健服务的利用。

Analysis of the situation of antenatal care in Xinjiang rural areas in different years

Objective:To know the situation of antenatal care in Xinjiang rural areas in different years.Methods:In project counties in Xinjiang province random sampling in cluster was used to select those study population and face to face interview was carried out at the house. SPSS version 9.0 software was used to carry on the statistical analysis. Trend chi-square test and multilevel logistic regression were used to analyze the data.Results:The coverage rate of antenatal care and hospital delivery rate were increasing over time and in the 2000's they arrived at 54.3% and 42.0% respectively. The analysis of logistic regression shown that education,delivery year,pregnancy number and antenatal checkup have the significant relations to the hospital delivery.Conclusion:Although the coverage rate of antenatal care and hospital delivery rate were increasing over time,the absolute level of them was really low. The feasible measures should be set down to promote the use of antenatal care service for pregnancy women in Xinjiang rural areas.
